Motorcycle Trader Advertising Agreement
Please read this advertising agreement before placing your ad on the Motorcycletrader.com website. By completing the online advertising form you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement as provided here below.
I authorize Motorcycletrader.com to publish and advertise my vehicle and/or property. I also release Motorcycletrader.com from all liability in the photography, production, and reproduction of any and all photographs taken of me and/or my property.
I agree to protect and indemnify Motorcycletrader.com and all its agents and employees against any and all liability, loss and/or expenses arising from the publication of the advertiser's material due to claims for alleged misrepresentation or misstatement; alleged violation of any laws or statute, including libel and invasion of privacy; and any other violation of any party's or parties' rights or any government rules. The entire content of my ad is the property of Motorcycletrader.com.
Motorcycletrader.com allows advertisers, whether private individuals or dealers, to run advertisements for as long as it takes to sell the vehicle. Advertisers agree to notify Motorcycletrader.com immediately after the sale of the vehicle so that the ad can be discontinued after the sale.
Premium ads can consist of up to three full color photos of the vehicle being advertised. The ad description may consist up to 500 words. The cost of the ad is $38.50. There are no other charges or fees for advertising any one vehicle. Adding photos or changing photos after the ad is published may incur an extra service charge, Motorcycletrader.com reserves the right to make that decision. Motorcycletrader.com reserves the right to limit publication and/or services to the Motorcycletrader.com internet site and also reserves the right to publish and/or support any other media source not limited to TV, newspaper, paper and fax. MotorcycleTrader.com does not, under any circumstance, refund any fees and/or service charges.
The advertiser agrees to allow Motorcycletrader.com to remove or change any ad which misrepresents the vehicle or property that is advertised. The advertiser also agrees that Motorcycletrader.com can remove any advertisement after the vehicle has been sold. The advertiser also agrees that Motorcycletrader.com will remove or make changes to any ad where the contact information is not current, including but not limited to phone numbers and email addresses.
Furthermore, the advertiser agrees that Motorcycletrader.com will remove or make changes to any ad that runs for more than 12 months. Motorcycletrader.com will allow all advertisers to renew their ad at no charge if it is not sold at that time.
